I have not met many people who do not love chocolate.
I mean really – how can you not love chocolate?! 😀
Many think that by eating clean they have to give up all the good things in life. This could not be further from the truth. Really what you are getting is not only the good things in life, but the even better things in life. Because you get the good stuff and it doesn’t make you feel bad!
Don’t deny yourself the pleasure of chocolate. Just make sure to keep it healthy and clean. 🙂
My girls love this recipe. We use it often for fondue with fresh fruits or freeze it with nuts, seeds and some dried fruit.
This chocolate includes healthy sweeteners but you know like with all sweeteners you can eat to much so just don’t overdo it. 🙂
Because this chocolate contains coconut oil it won’t affect your blood sugar as much as other chocolate and the coconut fat also keeps you satisfied for longer.
Oh and another bonus – it’s sooooooo quick and easy to make, it’s kinda dangerous! 😀
Chocolate with Stevia
1 dl cacao powder
1 dl liquid coconut oil
½ dl honey
approximately 6 drops of stevia
pinch of vanilla powder
You can use any flavour stevia you want. We love toffee or peppermint, for example!
Mix all the ingredients together, put them in chocolate or ice cube moulds and put them into the freezer until frozen through.
You can add all kinds of goodies to the chocolate before you do that, such as goji berries, nuts, raisins or whatever else you fancy. Experiment and have fun with it!
You can also use the mixture as a chocolate sauce, dip fruit into it or pour it over your strawberry icecream!
