Often when eating clean, people can fall into the trap of things getting boring and tasteless. A lot of condiments and sauces you used to eat before contain all kinds of crap that you should avoid such as sugar, table salt and all kinds of additives and chemicals.
This mustard sauce recipe is one of my absolute favorites. If you are in a rush, you can go with just the mayo and mustard, but adding the lemon juice, honey and sea salt just brings it to another level mmmmmmmmmm…
You can use it with so many things, such as on sandwiches (gluten free, of course 😉 ), on your Cobb salad, any kind of chicken salad really, on tortillas (again, gluten free 😉 ) or savory crepes, with your burger (try it with the Paris burger!) and just play around with it. Try it out with different things – I know you’ll love it.
Here’s the recipe:
200g – organic mayo – 7 oz
200g – organic mustard – 7 oz
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbps organic honey
½ tsp sea salt
Mix it well together and let it spice up your life!
