A burger without a bun!
I love this Paris burger! And after you have tried it you won’t be looking for the bread. It may sound and look like it’s missing the hamburger bread but it’s not the bread that makes the burger – it’s the burger that makes the burger!
The Paris Burger is loaded with protein and healthy fats from the beef and eggs and the spinach is full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
This will keep you satisfied for over 4 hours. My kids love these burgers and I’m sure you and yours will too. So easy to make and delicious.
500g – ground beef, not lean – 18 oz
All purpose seasoning
2 tbsp coconut oil
4 organic eggs
200g – spinach – 7 oz
125g – mushrooms – 4.5 oz
Season the ground beef and divide it into four parts. Mould each part into a bun and then flatten it to make burgers and season it with organic all purpose seasoning. Fry the burgers and the eggs, and serve with the spinach, mushrooms and egg on top.
